Two weeks ago I traveled to my old stomping grounds in Minnesota to photograph my friends’ standard poodles. What an adventure.
Steve and Cheryl’s Starfleet poodles are not just pretty faces. Each one (with the exception of the puppy) is a Champion, and has numerous Agility titles.
They’re smart and silly. Beautiful…with brains. And just about as intuitive as a dog can get.
With seven standards living in the house, there was never a dull moment!

Show dogs, yes, but they are first and foremost members of the family.

AKC/UKC CH Starfleet’s Hyperspace AX AXJ NAP NJP and AKC/UKC CH Paradigm Starfleet Serenty MX, MXJ. AKA “Joey” and “Jezzie.” You don’t see this at many Agility trials! I think they were pretty proud of themselves.
