As a pet photographer shooting during an event, things move very fast. So when I’m able to capture a pet’s essence or spirit within those few minutes (during what can be a stressful event for the dog or cat), I consider it a gift.
We photographed 56 wonderful pets on March 4 for Kibble and Cameras, a benefit for the Sauk County Humane Society.
Ultimately, we raised over 1,168 pounds of pet food, plus kitty litter and cleaning materials. That’s over HALF A TON of pet food.
Here are a handful of images that caught my eye. And some of the humans behind the scenes who made the day run smoothly.
