This is my favorite image from Thanksgiving Day 2010. Watching eight dogs swirl around the floor was like watching a screen saver. Constantly moving. Always interesting. MESMERIZING! Believe it or not, when we dumped our three into the northern mix of five, they all just got along. Simple as that!
I am lucky to have been born into a family of dog lovers. Good thing there are lots of veterinarians in the family fold, too. There were three at this gathering, and my brother, also a veterinarian, was just an hour south at another family get-together.
